A serial number is required to determine warranty status:
— You can contact Elo for a Return Material Authorization "RMA" through the main repair center in Germany which serves all of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at:
+32 (0)16 70 45 40 or by email at EuropeRMA@EloTouch.com
— You can contact the local repair centre directly in your country from the list below. They will give you the return authorization number and their procedure for the return and repair.
