Taco Bell Self-Order Kiosk

Taco Bell’s digital strategy, named “All Access,” includes growing and improving customer–geared interactive experiences and enabling access to the brand however the customer desires it – including kiosks, mobile and e–commerce ordering, delivery capability and large group ordering. Taco Bell is a well–known technology leader and was first to offer customers order– and pay–ahead functionality through a mobile app. Now they’ve achieved another first in the tier one QSR space – delivering a unified approach to in-restaurant technology built on Elo’s Android-powered architecture. The self–order solution seamlessly extends Taco Bell’s mobile customer experience into the physical restaurant, and it’s just the beginning.

“Taco Bell brought Elo’s vision for commercial Android to life with an innovative and unified digital customer experience,” said Raimon Chikhani, director of sales for the Western region at Elo. ”The team chose the right touchscreen, configured it to optimize the customer interaction, connected it with EloView, and is now securely controlling and managing thousands of devices.”

The award-winning EloView® software, helps customers like Taco Bell simplify management and security of devices and content. Taco Bell can deploy and manage their entire network – soon to be in more than 6,000 restaurants – from a central location – helping reduce operating costs while increasing up time and security. The touchscreen computers deployed include Elo’s versatile I–Series 2.0 22–inch all–in–one devices, built for high-traffic, public environments.
