On July 8, 2025 the EloView team will release a major update to EloView 4 that includes new features and enhancements in the following areas:

Elo Pay

You can now set merchant account parameters associated with Chase accounts via “Payment Settings” in EloView for terminals using Elo Pay Link+.

Interface and Usability

You can now...

  • Resize, reorder and remove columns from the Devices page to suit your preferences.
  • See color coded online/ offline status of device in the device details tab.
  • Use longer strings in the Search window on the Devices page.

Device and Group Management

You can now use APIs to add/ remove devices from groups, create new groups, and view all groups under an account.

Method of Distribution

The update will be applied on July 8 from 5 pm – 8pm Pacific Time/ July 9 from 2 am – 5 am Central European Time. During this time, EloView services will be unavailable. There will be no impact on scheduled content or devices already deployed in the field.
