Elo Customers Win Top Customer Experience Awards from Retail Touchpoints

Retail Touchpoints just announced their 2020 award winners and we’re excited to share that Elo customers took home the top two ‘Customer Experience Strategies’ awards! Perry Ellis and California Closets were both recognized in this competitive category.

Perry Ellis saw a 10% to 12% lift in sales through the in-store touchscreen experience versus non-digital control stores.


Perry Ellis used solutions including:
— Elo 22-inch I-Series all-in-one touchscreen;
— Creative Realities to design and develop the UX;
— Software from BrightSign to deliver the mobile app version from a central point to the endpoints at Dillard’s.

California Closets
To address limited space for housing physical custom storage displays in its showrooms, California Closets integrated a touchscreen Tech Table to serve as an in-store digital portfolio of projects in its Showroom 2.0 model, which is now in more than 150 locations in the U.S. and Canada.


This “endless aisle/endless design” app and kiosk form factor, designed by Creative Realities, runs on an Elo 42-inch or 46-inch touchscreen. Customizable by geographical location, the table allows customers to peruse the brand’s range of exclusive finishes, specialty materials, hardware and lighting options.
